Mission :
Responsible for creating and delivering sales franchise strategy.
• Delivering sales by maximizing new franchise business development opportunities.
• Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets to develop franchises.
• Taking responsibility for profit and loss of the franchise network.
• Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
• Provide direction to the company.
Profil :
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Strong team Leader, experience manager, Good business sense.
• The ability to inspire, motivate future franchisee and motivate our logistic partner.
• Initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
• Be able to extensively travel in France.
• A driven and motivated individual who does not fear a challenge and is confident working independently at the beginning.
• Be expected to have good sales and management skills already, being able to coach franchisees, and then build his own team.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in a sales management position with an International courier/logistics company but applicants from other areas of the transportation or other franchise industries will be considered.
